FAQs

Below is some handy info about our gift vouchers. We hope it helps - but if there’s anything you’re not sure about, just give us a call on 0969 667571 or drop us a note at reception@stonehousehotel.co.uk

How can I use my gift voucher?

Vouchers can be used towards stays or meals here at the hotel, unless yours says otherwise.
If your voucher doesn’t match the experience you’d like to book, no problem - we can move the value across to something else.

You can’t redeem vouchers online at the moment. Just book as normal, bring your voucher with you, and we'll refund any pre-payments.

Can I add a personal message?

You certainly can. Once you’ve added your vouchers to the basket, you’ll be able to write a message - either one note for the whole order or a different message for each voucher.

It’s a last-minute present - can I get an e-voucher?

Absolutely. Choose the email delivery option at checkout and we’ll send the e-voucher straight to your inbox, along with a digital version of the brochure card.

We don’t email vouchers directly to the recipient, just to make sure nothing disappears into spam.

Can the voucher arrive on a specific day?

Yes, that’s fine. Just pick one of the “Specified Day Delivery” options and choose the date you’d like it to arrive.

I’m ordering a few vouchers - can they be sent separately?

Yes. Select a delivery option with “Separate Packages” and we’ll send each voucher out in its own presentation envelope.

How long is my voucher valid for?

Most vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, unless yours says otherwise.
Please check the expiry date - once a voucher has expired, we’re unable to accept it.

Can I extend my voucher?

If your voucher is still valid, we can usually offer a one-off extension for a small fee.
Sadly, once a voucher has expired, we are unable to extend or reactivate it.

Do I need to bring the voucher with me?

Yes please. We’ll need to see either the printed voucher or the e-voucher PDF when you arrive so we can redeem it.

Can I use more than one voucher at once?

Yes - if you have a couple of vouchers, you’re welcome to use them together.

Can I get a refund on a voucher?

Vouchers are non-refundable once purchased. But if something’s gone wrong or you’ve bought the wrong one, just let us know and we’ll help where we can.

Do I need to book ahead?

Yes, we’d always recommend booking in advance, especially for weekend stays or busy dining times. Just mention you’ll be using a voucher when you book.
